Overview
All purchases on Official Whistles are for digital access to skill-based fan engagement contests. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we want to be fair to our community and handle edge cases with care.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
- You purchased access but the tournament was cancelled before it began
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from submitting any entry, and you reported it within 24 hours of the entry deadline
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after submitting your bracket or forecasts
- The entry deadline has passed and you did not submit an entry
- You are dissatisfied with contest results
- Partial refunds are not available for bundle products
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@officialwhistles.com within 72 hours of your purchase. Include your email address, the product purchased, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Official Whistles will confirm refund approval via email.
