How to appeal

If you believe content removal, a posting restriction, or another Fan Room moderation action was made in error, contact support@officialwhistles.com with the subject “Fan Room moderation appeal”, or use our Support form.

• Identify your account and the league or Fan Room involved.
• Describe the action and include its date or a reference number, if available.
• Explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed and provide relevant context.

Do not send passwords, login verification codes, or unrelated private information.

Review and privacy

Support and authorized reviewers consider the appeal and relevant context under the Fan Room Rules. A review may uphold, change, or reverse the action. Submitting an appeal does not automatically remove an existing restriction.

Reporter identities and private moderator notes are not disclosed as part of the appeal. We may verify account ownership or request additional context before responding.
